Chewbacca Funko Pop

With the release of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story right around the corner, I thought it was time to show off at least one of my Star Wars Funko Pop. Funko and Disney have done a great job of releasing Star Wars Pops, and I’ve done a great job of trying to collect them all.  Today, I decided to feature my Chewbacca Funko Pop.

Chewbacca Funko Pop and Kenner Millennium Falcon

Chewbacca Funko Pop protecting the Millennium Falcon. He looks fierce, so don’t mess with him.

For the longest time I only had the Jawa, Luke Skywalker X-Wing Pilot, and Yoda Pops.   Yes, it was a sad collection for such a big Star Wars fan.  Then, Disney bought Star Wars.  It was such an exciting time for Star Wars fans.   The anticipation of a brand new Star Wars movie after so many years was thrilling.   Plus, all the new merchandise…BOOM so many Pops to buy.  Unfortunately, my wallet can’t really support all the Pops that I want, maybe someday.

Chewbacca Funko Pop

The Chewbacca Funko Pop is awesome!  I love the detailing on him.  First of all, The snarl on his face makes him look intimidating.  Plus, his bowcaster is pulled out so he’s ready for action. And finally, his fur has a gradient coloring that completely captures the character from the movie.   He’s also a little bit bigger than other Funko Pops, as Chewie should be.

This Chewbacca Funko Pop is far superior to the original.  The original one actually looks kind of creepy in my opinion.  In fact, I might even go out on a limb to say Chewbacca is the best made of all the Funko Pops from Star Wars:The Force Awakens because he is so well detailed.

The Chewbacca Funko Pop from The Force Awakens is amazing.

Do you have any Funko from Episode VII?  Any Star Wars Funko Pop at all?  Which one is your favorite?  Tell me all about it in the comments.
